Complimentary shipping on US orders over $75.

Processing time: Each piece is hand-inspected at our atelier and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order.

Delivery time: Most CuddleLux pieces ship from our overseas atelier partners. Please allow 8–16 business days for standard international transit to the US, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world.

Tracking is provided for every order once your parcel leaves our atelier. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout or collected by your local carrier.

We choose craftsmanship over speed. Because each piece is made and inspected with care, transit takes a little longer than mass-market shipping — and we think it's worth the wait.
