We want to be upfront: CuddleLux pieces ship directly from our overseas atelier partner, not a local warehouse. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from order date (Singapore, US, and most major destinations). Remote regions may take up to 20 business days.
Complimentary shipping on orders over $75.
Processing: Each piece is hand-inspected and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order.
Transit: 5–11 business days via tracked international shipping after dispatch.
Tracking is provided for every order once your parcel leaves the facility. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout or collected by your local carrier.
We choose craftsmanship over speed. Because each piece is made and inspected with care, transit takes a little longer than next-day Lazada or Shopee — and we think it's worth the wait.
